Paired with a few sausages from the butchers.. This is super tasty.

1 tin of lentils
1 bag of chard
Half a block of feta
A tbsp caraway seeds
Olive oil and salt
In a large frying pan or skillet put enough water just to thinly cover the base.
Drain a tin of lentils and wash them in a sieve under running water
Put the washed lentils into the frying pan and turn the heat to medium
Steam them for a few minutes
Then wash and chop a bag of chard
Add this on top of the lentils and cover the pan
Steam for a couple of minutes. Careful the lentils don’t burn. Keep shaking the pan to check they’re not sticking. If they do, add a tiny bit of water.
Add half a block of feta. Recover and continue to steam.
Add a tbsp of caraway seeds.
Add a good pinch of salt.
Stir it altogether crushing the feta to make it form a paste.
Drizzle over olive oil.
Serve with sausages, or whatever you have handy!
