Homemade UPF free ice cream

Decadent, creamy, easy to make and ultra processed food free. Never again will I buy shop bought imitation ice cream.

Chocolate ice cream

600ml double cream

300g full fat Greek yoghurt

1/4 cup date syrup, or quality honey

1/2 cup raw cacao, rainforest alliance is best. Buy in bulk from Amazon.

Whisk the cream until it forms stiff peaks.

In a separate bowl combine the cocoa, syrup/honey and yoghurt.

Put the yoghurt mix into the cream bowl and mix together.

Put into a freezable bowl.

Freeze for 6 hours. Half way through, remove from the freezer and stir well to break down the ice crystals.

Remove and place on the worktop 20mins before serving.

2 scoops is plenty, this is real ice cream and it feels decadent and leaves you feeling full. Delicious.
