Healthy oat bran breakfast

This one is heart healthy and full of fibre. It’s also super tasty and speeeedy! My kids love it!

1/2 cup oat bran

1 cup milk

1 tbsp cacao; raw, rainforest alliance

Sprinkle of sugar, or honey, or date syrup

Put into a saucepan and heat on medium heat until it is thick.

Eat.

You can create a “milk lake” around the edges by pouring milk on top if you find it too sticky.
