Protein bagel

Scone like deliciousness

300g  tub of plain cottage cheese

1 cup of self raising flour

3/4 cup chickpea flour

(if you can’t get chickpea just do 1 3/4  cup self raising)

1 tsp salt

1tsp baking powder

Mix

Roll into sausage shapes and coil into ‘O’ s

Sprinkle with black sesame, or black onion seeds

Spray with olive oil

Put on baking parchment and in air fryer at 170°C for 10mins. If your bagels are thick, then at 10mins turn them over and cook the underneath for a further 5mins.

Makes 4

Eat with butter.
