Spaghetti, rosemary and tomato pasta sauce and red wine from #fattorialavialla. I fried off some chorizo, honey, mushrooms, babana onion and added a splash of red wine and pasta cooking water to slacken the sauce. Then I ate it! Bellissimo 💋
