All bought in Aldi last night 😉

One head of broccoli and a granny smith apple (cored) chopped small in the food processor. 

Scissor cut in mange tout, green beans and a bunch of coriander into the mix. 

Salt and pepper and sunflower seeds. Stir. 

Smoked salmon with dill topping scattered on top. 

I had some olive oil drizzled on top and a few blobs full fat mayo. (Aldi own brand – you’d never guess!) 

Tuck in!!
