The cupboard is bare… 


Let’s  see how dinner with these two ingredients turns out!  Slice aubergine into chips. Spoon out a rounded tbsp coconut oil onto a baking tray and pop in preheated oven at 200′. When it’s melted,  remove and spread the oil so it covers tray, then salt and pepper the oil. Turn the chips in the oil and spread out on tray. Both in oven for  30 mins…
