I halved the recipe to make 6.
250g ground almonds,
1tsp bicarb of soda
3 tsp grnd cinnamon
4-5tbsp coconut oil
2tsp vanilla paste
3-4 tbsp maple syrup
2 handfuls raisins , or however many you fancy
2 tbsp coco powder
Sprinkle salt
Mix all together. Make balls out of mixture with hands and flatten on tray until 5mm thick (or so)
Oven 180’for 10mins. Cool on tray. Eat!
