Greek salad


Inspired by a delicious meal at Rachel and Ollie’s this weekend. 

Taken and adapted (a bit)  from Jamie Oliver’s ‘Jamie does…’  book. 

Lots of tomatoes of different kinds

Red pepper chopped into big pieces

Cucumber cubed

Handful of green beans chopped

Bunch of dill and oregano chopped

Feta block broken up

Black olives

A few big glugs of olive oil and a splash of cider vinegar

Salt and pepper

All served at room temperature!
