Tomatoes, mozzarella and dill


Warm the tomatoes from the fridge by placing them in the sun.

Warm the mozzarella to room temp.

Slice both onto a plate and drizzle with the best quality virgin cold pressed olive oil you can afford. Apparently the best stuff makes the most bubbles when shaken.

Snip over dill


Im currently into sherry and can recommend a small glass of this straight from the fridge to go with it.
