Overnight chocolate coconut oats


Quick, easy and oh so healthy

1/2 cup unrefined oats

1 cup coconut milk – one with nothing extra added. I use Alpro.

15g or a coffee scoop of chia seeds

Stir in your bowl you intend to eat from and pop in the fridge overnight. Ive also done this pre-shower and they’ve been ready when I came back down but are better if left longer.

Cook in microwave for 2-3 mins or until hot and milk is absorbed.

Stir in 1tbsp cacao powder

Drizzle over a tsp of raw natural honey.

Eat with berries.
