Low carb breakfast pancakes

3 eggs

1 banana

35g coconut flour

2 tbsp milk or equivalent

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 heaped tbsp cacao

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp brown linseed seeds

Put it all in the blender and mix to a runny paste. Flour last or it sticks to the bottom.

Heat coconut oil on a medium heat griddle and drop on the mixture in serving spoon dollops.

Cook for a few mins at medium heat turning then another few mins on the other side until cooked through

Serve with honey and blueberries
