Healthy banana muffins


From Hemsley and Hemsley… But with raisins as an extra!

Super soft, dead easy and takes 30 minutes from opening the recipe to eating!

3 ripe bananas, squashed in their skins

Plus 30g butter

Mixed together.

Then add,

1/2tsp bicarb of soda

1tsp vanilla essence

1tsp ground cinnamon

1tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp maple syrup

A few handfuls of raisins

3 eggs

220g ground almonds

Mix it all together

Pour into 12 muffin cases

And put into preheated oven at 170’C for 20 mins

Remove and cool, then eat.
