Chocolate avocado mousse
One large, or two small avocados – ripe A good squeeze of honey (I’m guessing 2tbsp) A splash of double cream (I’m guessing 1tbsp) 2tbsp cacao powder Put the avocado flesh and ingredients into a bowl and use hand blender to make a smooth paste. Eat. Or refridgerate then eat. Both good!
